AgentBI is a service that helps an agribusiness and its network of field agents succeed together. It gives agents clearer expectations, timely reminders, and coaching through the messaging channel they already use, and gives the agribusiness a clearer view of how its agent network is doing across recruiting, onboarding and active selling.

AgentBI is built and operated by Burgeon Strategy LLC, a US company that works with social enterprises in Africa. It is currently running as a pilot with a partner agribusiness in Kenya.

How it works

• A participating agribusiness invites its field agents to opt in.
• Agents receive onboarding steps, reminders and coaching messages on WhatsApp, and can reply at any time.
• Agents can stop at any time by replying STOP.
• Sales and commercial records stay with the agribusiness. AgentBI does not replace its systems.
