Terms of Service
These terms apply to AgentBI, a WhatsApp-based service operated by Burgeon Strategy LLC ("Burgeon", "we"). By opting in to AgentBI messages you agree to them.
The service
AgentBI sends onboarding steps, reminders, coaching and program information to field agents of a participating agribusiness, and lets agents reply. It is offered free of charge to agents. Your mobile operator may charge for data used by WhatsApp.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and be invited by a participating agribusiness. You may stop at any time by replying STOP.
Your side
- Use AgentBI only for its purpose, in connection with your work with the agribusiness.
- Do not send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or content about other people that you have no right to share.
- Information you report, such as a sale, must be accurate. Your agribusiness's own records decide what was sold and what you are paid.
What AgentBI is not
AgentBI is not your employer and does not decide your pay, contract or standing with the agribusiness. Coaching and information are provided in good faith to help you, without any guarantee of results. Agronomic or weather information is general guidance and not a substitute for local professional advice.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability and liability
We try to keep AgentBI available but may change, pause or end it at any time, including at the end of a pilot. To the extent the law allows, Burgeon is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without affecting any mandatory protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
