Delete your data

Effective 8 September 2026

You can have the personal data AgentBI holds about you deleted at any time. Either of these works:

1. On WhatsApp: send the word DELETE to the AgentBI number. You will get a confirmation within one working day.
2. By email: write to admin@agentbi.org from any address, including the mobile number you used with AgentBI so we can find your records.

What happens next

• We stop sending you messages immediately.
• Within 30 days we delete your contact details, message history, answers and coaching records from our systems and from our service providers.
• We tell your agribusiness that you have left the program, without giving a reason.
• We keep only a minimal record that you asked not to be contacted, so that we can honour it, and anything the law requires us to retain.

What we cannot delete

Records held by your agribusiness in its own systems, such as its sales and employment records, are controlled by the agribusiness, not by AgentBI. Messages already delivered to your own phone stay on your phone. WhatsApp's own copies are governed by Meta's privacy policy.

Stopping messages without deleting

If you only want the messages to stop, reply STOP. Your data is then kept for the periods described in our privacy policy and you can rejoin later.
